Staff Greg Bailey, MD Dr. Greg Bailey completed his Residency at UCLA/Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles and has been practicing in Gainesville since 1990. He is Board Certified in Gynecology and a member of the American Urogynecology Society. He founded The Women’s Pelvic Health & Continence Center in 2005. He is currently a preceptor for CR Bard training other physicians in advanced pelvic reconstructive surgery. Dr. Bailey is currently providing Interstim Therapy for Bladder Control Problems, sponsored by Medtronic. Carole Kalivoda, ARNP Carole graduated in 1997 from the South Western Medical Nurse Practitioner Program in Dallas, Texas with a certification in Women’s Health. She has practiced in the specialties of Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Women’s Health. She has extensive training in pelvic reconstructive surgical assisting, colposcopy, pessary fitting and Pelvic Floor Rehab with Biofeedback. She joined the Women’s Pelvic Health and Continence Center in 2007.
