Planning your first visit to Women's Pelvic Health? On this page, you'll find the information you need to get started, such as a map and directions to our office. To save you time, we've also included our new patient forms, which you can print out and complete prior to visiting our office.

Driving Directions

Parking Information
For your convenience and safety, WPH parking is available in the garage located behind the Women's Center on the east side of the hospital.

Disabled parking is available in the parking bays between the Surgery Center and Women's Center. Additional disabled spaces are available in the parking garage and are located close to the elevators. If you or any of your family members are disabled, you may unload at the entrance before parking your car.
